Roof's solutions
Standard roof smoke ventilators are composed of a metallic upstand with height between 12 and 50cm, on which is fitted a thermal insulation for direct welding or fastening of a bitumen or PVC waterproofing membrane. The units come fully pre-assebled with the drive and equipped with an opening frame whose activation can be manual, pneumatic or electric.

This product is made to size and fit with glazing modules, directly by replacing one of the roof panel.
Facade's solutions
Standard pneumatic roofing ventilator is equiped with blades actuated by a pneumatic or electric jack coupled to gaz springs with a 200-mm stroke. The blades, made of aluminium, rotate on an aluminium fixed frame and are surrounded with windbreaks, assembled or delivered separately.

Smoke ventilator’s various frame profiles provide a large choice of installation possibilities. Due to its variable dimensions, our product allow true “tailor-made” configurations to comply with architectural modules and spacing. Aesthetically pleasing, it is easily integrated into roofing: smoke extrator TE, TP, TM, in various finishes, polyester powder paint or lacquered to standard RAL colours, anodised. All equipment necessary to open and close the ventilator is concealed in the unit.

They can be delivered with various anodised finishes and in any polyester powder coat or painted to standard RAL colours. The Natural smoke vents consisting of two leaves and can be delivered on an upstand in case of a classic roof installation and with a clambing profile in case of installation on atrium and glazed roof. The motorisation is concealed in the frame or with cylinders fixed on the frame and pushing the opening leaf.
